The booklet has two sides, one dealing with the challenges of poverty reduction, and assisting proposal developers in defining problems and searching for solutions in SCP; another side providing SCP solutions to poverty, and showing how SCP practices implemented under the SWITCH-Asia programme can contribute to reducing poverty.
