Technical Report
On 9th March 2020, the European Commission Technical Expert Group on Sustainable Finance (TEG) published its final report on the taxonomy which was presented publicly on 12th March at the Stakeholder Dialogue on Sustainable Finance organized by DG FISMA (web-streaming). The Final Report and its Annex include TEG’s recommendations to the European Commission for the design of the EU taxonomy as well as a set of technical criteria for environmental objectives based on the ‘Do No Significant Harm (DNSH)’ principle and for climate change mitigation and adaptation. The adoption of the Taxonomy Regulation is expected in Q3-2020. The TEG also issued a usability guide for EU Green Bond Standard.
